  1. I would like to register for FW20 but am unable to login to the registration website. How do I proceed with my registration?

    Please ensure that you have entered your work email address for login access. If the problem still persists, please email APAC_SIGNOFF@adidas.com for further enquiries.

  2. I tried to register but I am unable to login with my email account. My error message says that I am not on the pre-registration list. Why am I receiving this error notice?

    FW20 is open to a list of pre-approved delegates only. Please contact the Event Team at APAC_SIGNOFF@adidas.com for your enquiries.

  3. I received my invitation after the registration date, how can I apply to attend the event?

    You should be able to login and register through our registration website if invite was extended to you. If this fails, please email our Event Team at APAC_SIGNOFF@adidas.com.

  4. Where can I view the detailed event agenda?

    The overall event agenda can be found on the Event App and FW20 Playbook which will be announced nearing the event date. In the meantime, please refer to the highline agenda for an idea of the programme flow.

  5. I have not received my registration confirmation. How do I know if my attendance is confirmed?

    You will only be receiving your confirmation after registration close on August 30th 2019. If you have not received your confirmation by then, please contact us at APAC_SIGNOFF@adidas.com.

  6. I have registered for the event but am no longer able to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, how do I cancel my registration?

    Please email APAC_SIGNOFF@adidas.com to notify the Event Team regarding your cancellation.

  7. I need to arrive earlier / extend my stay beyond the event dates. How do I apply for this?

    The contracted period for your stay during FW20 is between 7 – 18 October 2019. You are free to select your check-in and check-out dates within the registration system. However, any additional nights before the contracted dates are subject to personal costs / your superior’s approval. Please do not engage the hotel or any 3rd party agencies for your accommodation arrangements. Only register your stay through the registration website.

  8. I am not sure if I require a visa letter to attend FW20 in Chengdu, China. How do I find out?

    You can check your visa requirements from the State Council of the People’s Republic of China website. Alternatively, click here.

  9. I have not received my hotel confirmation. I need this for visa application purposes. Where can I get this?

    Confirmation notices from the hotel would only be shared upon request. Please contact APAC_SIGNOFF@adidas.com and our team will attend to your request.

  10. How do I change my check-in and/or check-out dates?

    You are free to revisit your registration to change your check-in / check-out dates before registration close. In the case where a change is required after the registration website is closed, please contact APAC_SIGNOFF@adidas.com.

  11. How do I know if the additional nights have been approved?

    You will receive a confirmation notification as soon as the additional nights have been approved.

  12. I made a mistake with my room booking and would like to change my room type. How can I do this?

    You are free to revisit your registration to change your check-in / check-out dates before August 30th, 2019. In the case where a change is required after the registration website is closed, please contact APAC_SIGNOFF@adidas.com.

  13. My roommate has already booked the hotel upon registration – do I need to book a room too?

    Yes - each attendee is required to make your booking through the registration website. If you choose to share a room, you are required to key in your roommate’s email within the form. This will be used to match against your roommate’s registration to ensure no double booking is made.

  14. How do I add or change my roommate?

    If you want to change your roommate, please enter your registration to modify your booking. Once the rooms are matched upon registration close, you will no longer be able to modify your roommate. In this case, please contact APAC_SIGNOFF@adidas.com.

    A roommate will be automatically assigned to you should your roommate field remain empty upon registration close on August 30th, 2019.

  15. How do I find my hotel booking?

    Your registration confirmation will include your hotel information – please take this as a confirmation of your hotel booking. As the hotel will only be receiving the rooming list nearing the event date, please do not contact the hotel directly for any enquiries. Hotel confirmations would only be shared upon request. Please contact APAC_SIGNOFF@adidas.com. and our team will attend to your request.

  16. I need to stay with my team for FW20 – how can I ensure this arrangement is met?

    Attendees from the same market are assigned to the same hotel in general. Should you need to switch hotel for any purposes, please contact the Event Team at APAC_SIGNOFF@adidas.com.
